Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FOXIT!

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Carrier & Rates: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Standard USPS shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. Delivery Estimates:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages: FOXIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Return Policy

At FOXIT, your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on most items within 5 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Pet related items for hygiene reasons

3. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at foxitdimensions@live.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [e.g., 5-10 business days].

6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at foxitdimensions@live.com.
